CARE
To give your garments the longest possible life, please follow the guidelines below.
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
- If possible, include color catcher dye-trapping in-wash cloths.
- Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
- Do not use fabric softeners.
- Hang-dry for ensuring the longest possible life for your garment or tumble dry low.
- Cool iron inside-out only if necessary. Do not iron decoration to ensure the longest possible life of your garment.
- Do not dry clean.
SHIPPING, fulfillment, and returns
Based on where in the world you are ordering to, we will try to ship your order out from the most convenient location by choosing between our US, Europe, and Mexico locations.
There are multiple factors that can affect whether an order is fulfilled and shipped from our Europe, US, or Mexico locations (including product availability, shipping address, etc). Order routing happens automatically so the branch that’s the best fit for your specific order will fulfill it.
We ship internationally to all countries except Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. We cannot ship orders to these destinations due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
All our products are stocked both in the US and in Europe – customers from both locations can enjoy the same, complete garment selection. Any unforeseen shortages are usually resolved within 1-2 business days. If your order contains an item currently out of stock, we will get in touch with you to work out the best way to move forward.
Before we can send out your order we have to prepare it, inspect it, package it, and double-check it – a process called fulfillment. After fulfillment has been completed, we ship out the order to your address using your chose shipping method.
98% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
To guarantee you the best shipping price, we offer live shipping rates (carrier-calculated rates) and orders are sent out with the most affordable carrier available at the time for a given shipping method. You will always get the best price as offered in the moment by our carriers.
For orders shipped from our Europe location to a European destination, the average delivery time is 5-10 business days after fulfillment, though on average they can be delivered even faster. The average delivery time for orders shipped from our Europe location to non-EU regions is 10-20 business days.
Orders from Europe are shipped out from Riga, Latvia.
We will ship out an order from Europe when that is the most convenient and fastest way to get your order to you. Multiple factors affect whether an order can be fulfilled and shipped from our Europe location. These factors include product type availability, stock availability, and shipping address. Order routing happens automatically so the branch that’s the best fit will fulfill an order.
We don’t guarantee all orders shipping to a specific country will always ship from our Europe location, but our Europe location will aim to fulfill all orders which are shipping to Europe, which includes:

Our Europe location may also fulfill orders being shipped to the following countries:

We may route orders through our US location with the goal of getting your order to you in the fastest way possible, but orders travelling to Europe will always be fulfilled at our European location with the goal of minimizing customs and storage fees.
Products that are fulfilled in Mexico ship out from the US.
We transport all orders to a distribution center in San Diego, and then they’re shipped out from there. For that reason, we can offer the same shipping rates as we do in LA.
The only exception is that we don’t offer overnight shipping from Mexico.
You can upgrade your shipping speed after submitting an order. Simply get in touch with us and we will get things rolling.
Orders shipping with the overnight, express, and standard methods will always have tracking available. Meanwhile, orders shipped out with the economy, no rush, or flat rate method may not have tracking available.
If you have selected a shipping method which includes tracking, the tracking numbers will be reflected in the shipping notification emails we send out. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility – keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed.
If you have selected a shipping method which includes tracking but have yet to receive your tracking number, please get in touch with us.
The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, low-density, FDA and USDA compliant polyethylene.
You are ultimately responsible for all customs and postage fees incurred by your package as it makes its way to you. We will do our best to send your order from the location which will give you the fastest shipping and the lowest, if any, fees. If you have special requirements regarding shipping your order please get in touch with us.
We normally print our shipping labels in USD, but for orders fulfilled in Europe we print the shipping label value in EUR so it’s easier and faster to go through customs checkpoints and mail sorting centers within Europe.
It is very important that you check and double-check the shipping address you provide. If you notice a mistake, please notify us right away so we can try to ratify the situation and update the courier.
If the provided address is wrong or the package is unclaimed at customs or refused by you and the order is sent back to our fulfillment facility, additional shipping fees will need to be applied before we can send out the order again.
If the package is not returned to us by the courier, we would need to rebook the entire order before we could send it again.
If you have selected a shipping option which includes tracking, it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking info to show up in a carrier’s tracking system.
Please Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn’t necessarily mean the shipment is lost.
If it has been more than 48 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects no action or movement, please contact us.
We will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.
All claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
IF YOUR PACKAGES DO GET LOST IN TRANSIT, THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WAS 100% CORRECT and you have submitted a claim within 4 weeks of the delivery date, WE’LL SHIP OUT A NEW replacement ORDER WITH TRACKING. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good if you could shows us you have gotten in touch with your local post office to try and locate the lost order.
In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but you have yet to receive it, we would not be able to cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient’s address. In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the your address. Please reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person – e.g. “left under table on back porch.” In any case, please get in touch so we can help as much as we can.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
We kindly request photo verification of the damaged goods sent to our contact email address. We will gladly send a replacement at absolutely no cost to you. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered or due to buyers remorse, we would not be able to provide a replacement or a refund. Please get in touch with us to explore together if there is anything which we could do to ratify the situation. We pledge to act in good faith and to work together to reach a mutually satisfactory solution. We hope to be able to provide a more favorable returns policy in the future.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
